Stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties and depression are among the challenges that many of us face in our day to day life.

My intention, as the founder of the Quiet Waters Center for Trauma, Stress and Resilience, is to provide services to support you in addressing these challenges and in creating and maintaining a healthy and productive lifestyle.

In our work together, you can gain the tools you need and discover ways to draw on your natural resilience to meet the challenges you are facing.

My approach to therapy is both collaborative and holistic. This means that in our partnership we honor the whole self – the mind, body and spirit – in the process of therapy. We will use traditional talk therapy and, if appropriate, meditation, visualization, hypnotherapy, artwork or other creative non-verbal techniques to facilitate the work of change and growth.
